    Apathetic, unresponsive, disrespectful landlord. Beware

    - awful, disrespectful, and uncommunicative landlord who expects other tenants to do her job for her
    - broken oven and dishwasher. No one will fix.
    - unaddressed mouse issue despite all tenants complaining
    Advice to owner:
