Good location, scary landlord, bad floors

Pros:
The unit was an awesome size and had great lighting and the location was perfect. The south side facing units have amazing natural light
Cons:
It’s definitely an old building and you can feel that, the flooring had the lacquered coating peeling and was in bad condition (not that unsafe just ugly) and there were reports of mice and we had some house centipedes. The building manager was great, but the landlord is pretty scary. It was also pretty tough to adjust the heat so we would be really hot in the winter. dryer in the basement was constantly broken
