    Pros:
    Could be a nice building if managed well
    Good location
    Good tenants
    Cons:
    -Terrible landlord, breaks laws constantly
    -Does not give 24 hours notice before entering apartments
    -Does DIY construction work and hires sketchy contractors
    -Is rude and unresponsive to tenants
    -Apartments not cleaned before move in
    -Heat was broken for months at a time in the winter
    -Rats around outside, wasp infestation in the attic, mice in the building
    -Landlord enters apartment multiple days a month to tinker with unnecessary DIY rather than actually fix the issues with the building, often as late as 9pm or 10pm on weeknights.
    Advice to owner:
    Landlord Hanmin Lee makes it uninhabitable with his terrible customer service and awful landlord practices. All he needs to do is clean the building and leave his tenants alone.
