-Terrible landlord, breaks laws constantly -Does not give 24 hours notice before entering apartments -Does DIY construction work and hires sketchy contractors -Is rude and unresponsive to tenants -Apartments not cleaned before move in -Heat was broken for months at a time in the winter -Rats around outside, wasp infestation in the attic, mice in the building -Landlord enters apartment multiple days a month to tinker with unnecessary DIY rather than actually fix the issues with the building, often as late as 9pm or 10pm on weeknights.
Advice to the owners
Landlord Hanmin Lee makes it uninhabitable with his terrible customer service and awful landlord practices. All he needs to do is clean the building and leave his tenants alone.
