Good, livable apartment with no major red flags
Pros
Great natural light Neighbors are mostly chill Full sized fridge Nice, spacious bathroom
Cons
4th floor walk-up (we were told it was on the third floor when we expressed interest) Minimal laundry machines for the amount of residents, and it took 2 months to replace a faulty machine Trash sits in the lobby for weeks Cave-like fitness room, but it works Parking waitlist took 6 months to get off because there are so little spaces Tiny kitchen Management just changed from Mount Vernon to Alpha Management—experience with Mount Vernon was good, can’t speak to Alpha
