Great location, questionable management
Pros
I love this apartment - it's right by the beautiful park, providing you amazing views of the river and all the nature around. It's on a back street, not the main Boylston St going down Fenway, so it's a little bit quieter, although sometimes college kids stand around outside and make a bunch of noise. It's genuinely a great place, pricey but for the location I really like it. I guess it depends on which management company your unit's under, but maintenance was really prompt for mine.
Cons
They started doing major construction on this building without any notice, and it included putting up a huge tarp outside our window that blocked the beautiful view in question. Loud drilling noises every single morning, and yes I get that it's temporary, but be warned that they might do it again next time without warning you and rob you of your sunlight for 6 months.
