    Best apartment I've ever lived in

    Pros:
    Literally my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. Gorgeous little apartment with a lot of historical/original details, very good space for the price, really felt at home there.
    Cons:
    There were some occasional problems with the heat not working in winter and the management company being slow to address initial concerns/waiting until a lot of people complained before they took action. Building is maintained by a management company (they're... okay) and individual units are owned by different people, so YMMV but my unit was owned by a super nice, extremely helpful/responsive, and reasonable guy.
