    Not worth the cheap rent

    Pros:
    Very historic beautiful building that has fallen into disrepair. Best thing about this building is its potential.
    Cons:
    Landlord is completely unresponsive, irresponsible, and does not maintain the building at all.
    Advice to owner:
    Sell this to someone responsible, find help.
