    Pest Problems in an Otherwise Fine Place
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Spacious (for Boston), good price, safe, conveniently located.
    Cons:
    Had a HUGE cockroach problem which it seems like the owner did little to fix. Also had a mous problem in the winter. Owner was not very responsive and constantly wanted to show our unit when we put in our notice that we wouldn't renew.
    Advice to owner:
    Please fumigate and leave your tenants alone
