The building managers are quick and helpful, the apartments have every amenity you could want - and its in an amazing location - close to both Charlestown and Somerville, and right across from the Sullivan Square T stop!
not great ventilation, and extremely insulated - gets hot in the apartment with no heat on in the winter so I find myself always paying for A/C!
