    Decent building with some problems
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Owner is usually responsive
    Building grounds used to be relatively clean when it was staffed
    Cons:
    Cleanliness has gone down hill
    Loud neighbors who the owner won’t do anything about
    People have pets and they’re letting them defecate all on the grounds
    Washers and dryers are faulty
    Advice to owner:
    Hire on site staff or manager!!
