    Great, Safe Luxury Building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Clean, quiet, and felt very safe. Rooftop and gym are lovely.
    Cons:
    Walls are a little thin, sometimes feels like you need to keep your voice down when you have guests over. Also expensive, but not much more so than older buildings in the surrounding area.
