This building is an incredible value. The appliances are all very functional, the amenities are excellent, and the space is unmatched. Management and maintenance were responsive and quick.
The neighborhood is somewhat devoid of restaurants, shops, etc. within super easy walking distance. Many tenants are college students who tend to blast music and have loud guests.
