    Worth the extra money

    Pros:
    - Amazing views of Boston with floor to ceiling windows
    - Fairly soundproof between units unless you are trying to annoy your neighbors
    - Most modern building around campus
    Cons:
    - There is always one broken elevator at all given times, but it doesn't really impact that much unless you live on higher floors
    - Not soundproof through the door of the unit
