    Fixer upper with a mouse problem

    Pros:
    Live-in super Henry is very responsive
    Cons:
    Water pipe broke our first week, toilet + bathtub wiggle, gaps in floorboards, mice at least once a month. Inconsistent heating, sometimes so hot in winter we're sweating and have to open a window, sometimes so cold we pile on blankets and are still shivering. Poorly built, old house.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive to rodent concerns.
