Pros
Good amenities including gym, rooftop, pool and office spaces to WFH.
Cons
Management is so terrible. The apartment building is built so poorly I’ve had multiple times where leaks have occurred and no compensation just fans blowing for hours on end. Took 2 weeks to complete a simple repair. The price gouging is insane. I have been here for 4 years and the rent has gone up $1k. Super easy to just walk right in up the stairs to get to different parts of the building so super unsafe. Fire alarms go off at least once a month.
