    Solid for college student
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Living space pretty large
    - Central A/C which is rare for this area
    Cons:
    - Students mostly stay in this complex so it gets loud
    - Foster Street is loud ("frat row" for BC) as there are parties
    - Landlord sometimes uses their friend for repairs versus a more reputable company to save $
    - Windows are drafty
    Advice to owner:
    - Put in new windows & use real maintenance staff to address concerns
