Renters approve of the building's owners
Having Harvard as your landlord means you get Harvard-levels of service as a tenant. They were extremely responsive to issues. I would advise living here over Continuum if that’s your choice. It’s so nice being closer to campus.
Some of the floorplans are small and fixtures slightly dated.
