very close to the green/yellow/red subway lines and a short walk to the brown/blue.
Cons:
most of the staff is great but some spend more time hanging out with each other then helping.

The management staff is extremely unresponsive
The building is very old and renovations and updates can happen on a moments notice
The property staff of the building is dismissive and does not address all tenant concerns properly
Advice to owner:
Spend more time serving your current tenants than chasing new leads… no way are we renewing here

Great apartment building and staff!

Pros:
Loved the doorman Flo. She was always very helpful and compassionate and always remembered me and my cat!
Cons:
The view was of the parking garage next door was not ideal, however the noise was not bad.
Advice to owner:
Tried calling the leasing office and there was no answer. Also would be nice to contact the leasing office by email for general questions.

Nice and comfortable place

Pros:
Doormen and concierge manager are always very welcoming and friendly, helping out when needed.
Requests are processed very quickly too!
Cons:
It gets a bit noisy because of the tunnel nearby, but nothing super crazy.
