Pros:
very close to the green/yellow/red subway lines and a short walk to the brown/blue.
Cons:
most of the staff is great but some spend more time hanging out with each other then helping.

Very thin walls Water bugs (2 in a year ) Windows aren’t insulated (you can hear everything)

Feel really safe - doorman is great. Packages held in a secure room. Great gym, convenient location

Cons:
The management staff is extremely unresponsive The building is very old and renovations and updates can happen on a moments notice The property staff of the building is dismissive and does not address all tenant concerns properly
Advice to owner:
Spend more time serving your current tenants than chasing new leads… no way are we renewing here

Great apartment building and staff!

Pros:
Loved the doorman Flo. She was always very helpful and compassionate and always remembered me and my cat!
Cons:
The view was of the parking garage next door was not ideal, however the noise was not bad.
Advice to owner:
Tried calling the leasing office and there was no answer. Also would be nice to contact the leasing office by email for general questions.

Pros:
Doormen and concierge manager are always very welcoming and friendly, helping out when needed. Requests are processed very quickly too!
Cons:
It gets a bit noisy because of the tunnel nearby, but nothing super crazy.

Gym is small and if a machine is broken, repairs take forever

Fix gym repairs faster
