Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Tenant reviews for 20 Broad Street, Manhattan, consistently praise the building's cleanliness, well-maintained amenities (notably the gym), and the friendly, attentive doormen and staff. Residents value the prime location with excellent subway access and safety. However, several note challenges including unfriendliness or rudeness from certain front desk staff, management’s slow or inconsistent responsiveness, rent increases above market rates, and occasional noise from neighbors or thin walls. Accessibility issues with drop-offs due to pedestrianized streets and occasional pest concerns are also mentioned. Despite some drawbacks, most renters recommend the building for its modern features, safety, and overall living experience.
