Pros

Management was pretty responsive, excellent staff Apartment was quite nice, although it was annoying to not have a full oven in the kitchen Very clean

Rent was very expensive for a relatively small 1BR, and the YoY increase was way too much

Silverstein Properties LLC remains the current management since December 2021 when building was sold and metroloft (prior management left) although something seems like metroloft and the former owner Nathan Berman actually are still majority owners of the property when looking on open records available by FOIL Request or going to view accessible records that are public information
