The building is awesome and you do get what you pay for They hit us with an insane rental increase which is sad we didn’t want to have to leave

I would say average age is around 32, families live in 3-bedrooms. Half the units are studios, so lots of college kids and recent grads working on Wall Street. Safe, sure.
