    Decent but Thurcon is very rude

    Overall very nice building and well maintained
    Cons:
    Landlord company (Thurcon) are awful people to deal with and very disrespectful which is a bummer in such a nice building that people pay a lot to live in.
    Advice to owner:
    Treat tenants like human beings and it would be a much better experience. Or sell the building to New Bedford.
