    Pros:
    For Chinatown it’s a great place to live - centralized and responsive owner
    Cons:
    a bit dated and its loud but that’s the neighborhood

    Decent place for the money in Manhattan

    Deal with the owner, not a management company.
    Landlord is responsible and thorough.
    Relatively well kept.
    Cons:
    NO BUZZER. Good luck letting visitors in when you live on an upper floor.
