Was a great place to live

Pros

Nice location overlooking mulberry st, reasonably well maintained for an old building, the landlord is responsive. The lobster ravioli downstairs is nice.

Cons

It can be noisy at times. The street is very crowded during a festival for two weeks a year. Some restaurant owner across the street sings frank Sinatra loudly so it kinda gets stuck in your head. It's above a restaurant and so I did have a problem with mice at one point, but this was years ago and I'm sure they've had an exterminator by now. The radiators can get too hot in winter.

Advice to the owners

Insulation on the radiator pipes can help keep the heat uniform across units.
