Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Tenants praise 203 Grand St for its cleanliness, responsive and attentive landlord, and well-maintained apartments with a blend of historic charm and recent upgrades. The building's location in Little Italy adds appeal, fostering a strong community with friendly neighbors. However, it is a walk-up with no elevator, which can be challenging, and some residents note street noise and occasional temperature inconsistencies. Garbage management and pest control are well handled, and safety features like secured parcel access are valued. Sons of Italy building in Little Italy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great building in the heart of Little Italy with lots of history. Nice size apartments for the neighborhood. Old school style with recent renovations. I lived there for many years and it really felt like home. The owner is super hands-on and very responsive.
