Overpriced and small, but fine for one year.

Pros:
The street was quiet and close to restaurants, grocery stores, bars, parks and the water. Great location, near the F, J, Z and the Williamsburg bridge. Our unit was newly renovated, clean, and the bathroom was gorgeous with grea sunlight on the top floor.
Cons:
Heat was HOT in the winter. Some issues with waterbugs, but typical for NYC, no infestations.
Advice to owner:
Figure out how to keep your renters from sweating every day.

Pros:
I like the building a lot honestly but when you run into a problem management is so disorganized - the heat gets so hot also we have never turned it on.
Cons:
The heat, some pests, walk up

Just be prepared to get into it with management
