Beware of this Nightmare

Pros:
Nothing, living here was hell.
Cons:
Break ins, stolen packages, no response to maintenance issues, INFESTED with roaches.

You're on your own.

Location, elevator, quiet tenants.
Cons:
No management or monitoring of the building, leading to unsafe and unsanitary conditions and security issues.
Advice to owner:
Try to be the opposite of a mega-slum lord.

Location. Nice view. Great lighting
Cons:
Elevator went out for over a year. electricity bill for peak of winter might be 340 per month due to heating or possibly neighbors rewired some lines. Front door doesn't close. Someone in the area come thru to steal mail and packages. There was no heat for a whole winter. If your pipe is leaking. Someone might show up in 7 weeks after you email, email, call, email...
