Pros:
location is great.
Cons:
Rats ate through my wall causing me to break my lease. Otherwise, mold in apartment despite "renovations", infested with cockroaches. Neighbors smoked cigarettes in the hallway and left garbage everywhere. Extremely dirty building. Garbage area is disgusting and infested with rats.

DO BETTER

Break ins, stolen packages, no response to maintenance issues, INFESTED with roaches.

Location. Nice view. Great lighting
Cons:
Elevator went out for over a year. electricity bill for peak of winter might be 340 per month due to heating or possibly neighbors rewired some lines. Front door doesn't close. Someone in the area come thru to steal mail and packages. There was no heat for a whole winter. If your pipe is leaking. Someone might show up in 7 weeks after you email, email, call, email...
