    Great Apartment in a Great Location
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Such a great location and it seems that tenants stay for an incredibly long time which is always a green flag. It is in a very walkable area with grocery and laundry close by with easy access to transit.
    Cons:
    A bit outdated but great bones. The stairway could use some more maintenance but it certainly has some lower east side charm.
