    Lot of young people, no frills building, nice location in the LES not directly in the action but close to it

    Packages occasionally got stolen, need to stay vigilant

    the walls in this building are very thick, so even though there are frequent parties, it's very quiet
    Cons:
    we've had many problems and the super would frequently ignore us, there are constant package thefts which management does not care about, and the street does not feel safe at night (more something for young women to keep in mind than a knock on management)

    great apartment, rough block

    the aparment itself is great, new appliances, super tall ceilings, good neighbors for thos right out of college
    Cons:
    the aparment is very close to the NYCHA housing, there are constant sirens coming to rivignton due to the proxmity to a fire house. i have come home many times to people smoking illicit substances on the stoop.

    - Never had an issue with cockroaches or rodents - friendly neighbors (though a lot of young people fresh out of college)
    Cons:
    - packages getting stolen (packages are just placed in the area where you enter the building) - newly renovated but hired lazy contractors so some things are just off or don’t make sense - superintendent is not reliable (you have to really nag him to get things done)

    Cons:
    Package theft Too easy to get into building No response when you need help No security

    Pay someone to watch over the building

    Nice open stairwells, responsive management, renovated, high ceilings, good lighting
    Cons:
    Mostly young college students (very loud on weekends), lack of hot water, package theft issues

    Get package theft under control

    - terrible location - poor responsiveness from super/owner - no roof access

    Spacious unit. Large stairwell. Nice Character.

    Stolen packages. Leaks from roof. Poor maintenance.

    Building mgmt, including super, was very responsive and helpful
    Cons:
    Common areas never cleaned, mail was consistently stolen because front door to building didn’t always lock, trash left throughout the stairwell, went a week in November without heat
    Advice to owner:
    Take better care of the common area

    Renovated, wide staircase, laundry in unit
    Cons:
    Mailbox/deliveries always stolen, some leaks, not all the renovations were completed very well

    - Packages get stolen - Homeless people live in the garbage can

    Come up with a better security system around packages
