    AVOID THIS BUILDING

    Pros:
    Fun location, not worth the headache of the landlord though.
    Cons:
    Worst landlord I've had in NYC by far (have lived here 15 years). It seems they've rebranded a few times to try to run from bad reviews. They're currently Centennial Properties, but were 9300 Realty when I rented. Google search Steve Croman -- literally a conman. So many maintenance nightmares due to shoddy upkeep of their properties including my unit. The are professional con artists and will stonewall any attempts to get them to uphold their responsibilities. Don't believe anything they say, and avoid renting from them no matter what they offer you.
