Pros:
nice and friendly staff, responsive and caring. The building is mostly well kept, clean and pleasant. Well maintained. Roof is great, as are the other amenities.
Cons:
It is very overpriced for the area - rent was raised by 1200 dollars!! Over 15% - on top of that - false advertising on StreetEasy of what the price was originally so that apt seekers won't notice the steep price hike.
It is constantly noisy - you hardly get a break from sirens. Plenty of substance users lurking around day and night.
Advice to owner:
Keep prices reasonable to decrease turnover.... a building is a community! the longer people stay the better they keep the building.
