Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 184 Stanton Street highlight spacious, reasonably clean units with in-unit laundry and updated interiors, making it an attractive option. The building benefits from quiet surroundings and friendly neighbors. However, management consistently receives criticism for poor responsiveness, particularly regarding maintenance issues like heating, lighting, and pest control. Some tenants report pest problems such as roaches, though others note minimal pest issues. Garbage management and cleanliness are rated moderately. The presence of nearby homeless individuals is mentioned as a concern. Despite management challenges, many tenants still recommend the building for its value and overall living experience in a desirable location.

145 Attorney Street
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice building, nice renovations, WD in unit.
Cons:
Heat went out often, and they have not returned our security deposit after moving out a month ago. They have been nonresponsive and we have to now take them to small claims court. This is after they tried to charge us over $1500 on the deposit for minor wall repairs, deep cleaning the oven and fridge, and replacing normal wear and tear on the silicone in the bathrooms. RIDICULOUS, TARGO SUCKS
Advice to owner:
Answer your residents. Pay the security deposit. Don't try to take advantage of recent college grads.
