    Pretty building but some issues

    Pros:
    The building and apartments are gorgeous
    Cons:
    Had issues with mold, mice, leaks, centipedes, neighbors and neighbors packages getting stolen. Super is nonresponsive.
    Advice to owner:
    Jose does not respond ever
