Pros
It’s a co op building so pretty responsive about getting things fixed, but less so if you are renting in the building instead of being an owner
Cons
At least in my unit, unbearable radiator noises. Sounds like someone is breaking in with a baseball bat. Someone looked at the radiator a few times and essentially said sorry, nothing we can do, instead of bleeding the system.
