HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE LANDLORD

The location was amazing!

Cons

Roaches, and even mice we had in our apartment. We also had to take the owner to court because he refused to give all 3 of us (roomates) our individual security deposit back of a total of 3,000+ usd. He claimed that we damaged the hallway when we moved out but we absolutely did not and there was no way for him to prove it was us. Also multiple tenants were moving out that day as well, so I’m assuming he wanted to pinpoint someone.

Advice to the owners

Stop stealing money from young struggling working women. And clean up the place!
