    Great first apt

    Pros:
    Good building, good super. Overall clean no rodent issues.
    Cons:
    Need Bigger refrigerators. Rowdy neighbors partying led to them closing roof off to everyone!
    Advice to owner:
    Should put laundry in the building! Would be a huge plus! Also get Butterfly security system! Need cameras.

    Lots of very loud parties on the roof, poor control of mice and roaches, unresponsive management
