    Pros and cons but could be worse

    Pros:
    Great location, heart of LES, as a result can be rowdy on the street, decent sized living rooms/kitchen, one bedroom is a different size. The landlord will respond it will just take a minute.
    Cons:
    Have periodically had issues with mice

    Overall fine experience but issues were overlooked

    The building was not as responsive to serious issues like gas being left on, fire incident
