Fun Area, Normal nyc apt

Great Area and decent size apts
Cons:
Neighbors are crazy, loud outside, and old. Crackheads everywhere.

Super was nice
Cons:
A lot of the tenants that have been there for years don’t care about the building

Pay the super more

Conveniently located between LES and Nolita
Cons:
Super is unresponsive, multiple cockroach issues, terrible building maintenance, other tenants use the hallways as an extension of their living space

Be more accommodating during a pandemic

Asian rent controlled tenants use hallways as an extension of their apartment, a few mice incidents and mgmt isn’t that responsive
