i love this building and neighborhood. super responsive management system and cant hear other neighbors

The location is great, and most of the tenants are friendly!

Cons

Loud, not just street noise, but from the couple that fights on the second floor and their dog. Can be freezing at times. Lots of bugs, we were told several times the exterminator was coming but it took months to resolve. Our bathtub dripped to the floor below, and it was never resolved, we were just told not to take baths.
