    The location is perfect. There is great subway access, so much life in the neighbourhood and so many other great spots in walking distance.
    Cons:
    It’s incredibly noisy during the weekend. A lot of obnoxious drunk people flock the streets. The management was really disorganized and communicating for any kind of issue was always confusing.
    Advice to owner:
    It would help if you made the process to communicate about issues much more clear and kept tenants up to date when there are changes of any kind, either in the building or in the management roles.

    Bad cleanliness, smells like garbage in summers.

    Pay people to clean the stairwell and hall.

    Pros:
    Everyone is very friendly and the whole building is very close to the best clubs in NYC. Street noise is pretty loud on weekends if your window is facing Allen st, but our unit got amazing light. Rooftop view is surprisingly stunning! In building washer/dryer is very convenient, and management added ACs for the summer and takes them out for the winter.
    Cons:
    Common space doesn’t have any windows and the management can be very unresponsive
