Great neighborhood - bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood, apartment itself (beautiful windows)
Cons:
Management - unresponsive to maintenance tickets, had to call/email and follow-up repeatedly to get anything done or run into the super in the hallway and beg them to take a look.
Advice to owner:
Hold your staff accountable to responding to tenant issues.
