ITS SO BAD
Former Tenant
Pros:
The only good thing was that maintenance did come the next day to address issues.
Cons:
The landlord is a SLUMLORD. Tried to keep all of my security deposit with no proof of any damage? Had a 4 month battle over this and almost went to court. Cockroaches galore. Stairwell is disgusting and homeless people constantly sleeping outside. Heat was SO HOT, spent $300 in ac bills a month bc they wouldn't turn it down. New construction happened halfway through, jackhammers 24/7. Raised my rent $700 couldn't find anyone to pay it after showing it to 40 groups while I was HOME. They ended up literally lowering it to what it was....Worst apt ever.

Slum lord to make the top 100 next year.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location of the building is nice and the facade is decent/typical for the area. The common areas are satisfactory.
Cons:
The landlord is a slum lord and is extremely unresponsive. He was a terrible landlord to my family. I heard he stole money from an acquaintance of mine that wanted to live there so now he is suing him. This is completely unnecessary. The conditions to move in were guaranteed to be clean, sanitary with no rats or roaches. But there were many rats and roaches observed.
Advice to owner:
Return someone's hard earned money if that person for some reason does not want to live in your rodent infested domicile. It seem like you believe the location alone is good enough and 0 effort to keep the building habitable.

Nicely renovated bathroom, that's about it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Neighborhood/location 2. Beautiful, renovated bathroom 3. Buzzer/ringer system works well
Cons:
1. Management responsiveness, tact, and general attitude 2. Unreasonable increase in rent upon lease renewal 3. Terrible wifi connectivity and frequent internet outages 4. Lack of building security; delivery/package theft is common 5. Location of garbage unit (not in building) 6. Cockroaches every 2 months (third floor walk-up) 7. Advertised amenities do not match reality

Yikes. Don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors and neighborhood is great.
Cons:
Owners do not respond to emails and when they do it’s 1-2 words utterances. Cockroaches and mice all winter long, when owners were notified they stated “that’s what happens in winter.” Garbage door knob is broken so access is hit or miss depending on if your key works or not. When contacted owners about key not working they told us that it works without even trying ours. Just don’t live here.
Advice to owner:
Stop being slum lords

Terrible Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central location, young tenants
Cons:
The property management company is in accessible. They fine you for everything they can thing of. They charged me 8 $300 late rent fee and was never told the rent was late until it was time to move out. $300 unclean apt fee when we went back after it was empty just to clean. Scammers
