Loved the building and management. Great units!
Cons:
The super wasn’t the most responsive but would eventually get to him

Well-managed building in a good location

Pros:
The building is nicely run with regular cleanings and exterminator visits. The owner and super are responsive and helpful.
Cons:
There is some noise on the street side but that is pretty unavoidable and can be managed.
