Solid spot for new grads or NYU students
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location Good value
Cons:
Mice issue, exterminator came once a month but unless caught and killed by self little could be done. Updates could be made to appliances and kitchen. Creaky floors, thin walls between units.
Advice to owner:
The upkeep in the stairwells could be better. Mud, dirt, and trash are often there for days on end. A more organized package
