    Good location and the super is available to fix things when needed.
    Cons:
    Front door of building sometimes isn’t locked and having issues with people stealing packages
    Advice to owner:
    Get camera intercom system for front door

    Rent goes up significantly each year (approx 20%), tons of roaches, had bedbugs in 2019
