Pros:
apartment was nice enough
Cons:
management was horrible, wouldn't respond when our hot water was off for ~2 weeks in the winter. There was a fire in the basement and the management denied its existence... we had to sprint out the building at 4am because the entire stairwell was filled with smoke.
