    Worst landlord I’ve ever had

    Pros:
    Good location & objectively cute spot.
    Cons:
    My unit had mice and the landlord did nothing about it. The issue was that they had created a 3rd bedroom with a pocket door and they were coming through there, so they didn’t want to spend the money sealing it. They were unresponsive and I ended up breaking my lease. Pretty shady people. The 3rd bedroom didn’t have windows either.

    Poorly maintained walkup with crappy ownership

    Good location and the super is really nice
    Cons:
    Very poorly maintained
    Units are wildly overpriced
    Owners are crooks who wont give you back your security deposit
