    Mice and Pest Problems
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Quiet building and friendly neighbors. Loved this area of the East Village.
    Cons:
    Persistent mice and pest problems that were never addressed during our 12 month lease. Our neighbors were experiencing the same issues.
