Great location, barely any bug issues, and nice sunlit rooms.
Cons:
Bad trash management, packages are stolen, heat randomly will not come on in the winter without calling 311

Good location - close to Astor place and union square
Cons:
DIRTY and GROSS. Had an ongoing cockroach problem, also had mice and silver fish. Overall state of the apartment was not well kept and very rubbed down & dirty
Advice to owner:
Kitchen needs to be redone and fix the pest problem
