Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 156 2 AVENUE highlight varying experiences. The building benefits from a prime location and spacious units, with positives including the elevator and steam heat. However, recurring complaints about poor management, persistent pest issues, stolen packages, and slow responsiveness from the owner stand out as major drawbacks. Suggestions include improving security, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and enhancing overall cleanliness to create a better living environment. Despite some positives, issues with management and upkeep dampen the overall appeal of the building.

Bad trash management but otherwise fine
Former Tenant
Pros:
No serious problems with the building itself.
Cons:
Outdoor metal trash receptacle not sealed so it’s constantly full of rats, which makes taking out your trash really gross
